Ladies Code announces May comeback.

Ladies’ Code will be making their first comeback in two years and seven months soon! As such, they are currently filming the music video for their new track.
Ladies’ Code’s agency, Polaris Entertainment, revealed this past April that the members were putting their heart and soul into preparing for this return since it was a long-awaited, three-member full group comeback.
The agency stated, “We ask for your anticipation and support as you will soon be able to watch the cheerful performance of Ladies’ Code that many have been missing.”
The group shared a teaser image on May 3rd that gave a sneak peek at their return concept, which will be completely unveiled in the middle of this month.
Ladies’ Code debuted on March 7, 2013 with the song “Bad Girl.” “Hate You,” “Pretty Pretty,” “So Wonderful,” “Kiss Kiss,” and “Galaxy” were the ensuing hits that enthralled the audience. They celebrated their sixth debut anniversary last March. The group took to their official fan café to write sweet letters to their fans, Lavely (Ladies + Lovely.)
Ashley wrote, “Thank you for being with us for six years. We are lacking, and we don’t get to see you often, but I love you for always giving us love and support. This year, I hope that we can get to see more of one another. All of Lavely are so precious and lovely. Let’s be happy together. Love you!”
Zuny also said in her letter, “Many things happened. We’ve laughed and cried, but you’ve always been a source of strength and comfort for us. Let’s be together for a long time. I’ll pray for Lavely to always be happy and in good shape. We’ll work hard to grow and not to disappoint you.”
Sojung delivered, “So much has gone by in a flash. I’m always sorry that we can’t do more for you, but every time you tell us it is okay, and that we’re doing well, it gives us so much strength. Thank you again for becoming the reason why I sing. I’ll work even harder in the future for everyone who loves me and listens to my voice! You have my word.”
This anniversary means a lot to the members when they recall the fatal car crash that took place in September, 2014. According to the police, the van driving the girl group had its back wheel fall off. The vehicle slipped on the rainy road and ran into a guardrail. The speed limit was 62.1mph with local traffic laws citing that speeds should be lowered to 49.7mph in such conditions.
The accident left the member EunB dead on the spot and Rise passed away in the wake of the accident. Ashley, Zuny, and Sojung were discharged from the hospital in late October. The manager, only identified by his last name Park, was arrested and booked for excessive speeding. Park testified that the back wheel of the van had fallen off in the accident, but it is reported that the wheel had fallen off as a result of the car crash and not fault of the vehicle.
Fortunately, Ashley and Zuny did not have any major injuries, but were said to be treated for their severe shock. EunB’s mother said to Ashley and Zuny, “Don’t ever give up. You guys have to continue on for EunB. Ashley, since your mom is not here, I’ll be your Korean mother.” Media outlets released further touching accounts of EunB’s mother dealing with her daughter’s funeral. As she bade farewell to EunB, she said, “I’m sorry, mom couldn’t do better for you. I’m so sorry…”
Ladies’ Code was formed by Polaris Entertainment as a K-Pop group in 2013 and released their first full-length album, Kiss Kiss. Ladies’ Code’s loyal fans are pumped up for what this compelling girl group would bring to the fast-paced K-Pop world this month.
